New Blood


Today we have 2 new recruits and we add Canada to our list of member countries,
fresh meat for the Sunday Madness grinder but this grinder doesn't churn out mince it churns out MONSTERS! 


So we started with a Sunday Madness favorite the 8 station circuit

  1. Bench vaults
  2. Gym ring row
  3. Renegade push up
  4. Kb swings
  5. Heavy rope waves
  6. Agility ladder runs
  7. Power wheel roll outs
  8. Medicine ball slams
First round 20/15 work to rest ratio then as usual the THING tampered with the timer so we end up doing 30/15 for the next round.

Now its time to introduce the new guys to another Sunday Madness favorite the weighted and tethered Bear crawl,


So Steve and Ben dive in head first, 10kg vest plus heavy resistance bands we have a sink or swim approach to training here at Sunday Madness and these lads fit in nicely, and I recon that Steve may have a promising career as a movie stuntman ahead of him! I can see him now being dragged behind a horse in some epic western, he was not alone I went flying when the attachment for the resistance band came open but luckily no one was filming.

Phil and Mehendran are old pro's at the Bear crawl and complete it effortlessly 


 After only one session these 2 guys are sporting the Sunday Madness demented grin, yes these boys will fit in nicely!
