Enjoy Your Training

So everyone knows at Sunday Madness we like to push ourselves,
if your going to be successful at getting anywhere near your goals  you need to enjoy your workouts!
I see people in gyms all the time mindlessly trudging away doing boring cardio on stationary equipment and Ill say "you don't really look focused!" half the time the response is "yeah I hate cardio but gotta do it right" WRONG! why would you put yourself through 45 minutes to an hour of a mind numbing activity when you could drag a sled or skip rope or do burpees or mountain climbers and send your heart rate through the roof in half that time!
This is why so many people never get close to what they want to achieve, because if you don't enjoy what your doing your going to stop PERIOD!


Find an alternative mode to get the job done think outside the box hell think outside the GYM!


If it's fun your gonna keep it up no matter how challenging and when you beat that challenge make a new one but most of all have fun doing it.



Personally I hate running but this little guy seems to LOVE it


Now that's the face of some one enjoying their workout

If you don't look like a crazed lunatic during or after your workout
you may need to make a few new exercise choices,
