reduced numbers this week as a few of our crew are traveling,
so only four of us, the heat was ridiculous but we battled through six stations three rounds 40 sec work to 10 sec rest ratio.

Then we settled on some medicine ball partner drills and throws.

We usually use these drills to warm up, but today doing them after our circuits with a heavier ball is a real killer of a finishing drill.
