I often see stuff on the net about extreme muscles or steroid abuse,
but this is not either! there is a compound called synthol which is basically a type of oil that bodybuilders inject into their muscles to add volume, say for example to bring up a lagging body part for symmetrical purposes,

but now there seems to be a whole subculture of f*#kwits who have completely bypassed the muscle building & training phase and moved on to injecting synthol, think of it in terms of women who get collagen injected in to their lips to plump them up,
Now imagine a complete f*#king moron doing it to his chest, biceps, triceps, & traps!

How anyone could look in the mirror at this reflection and not say to themselves "Oh F*#K! what have I done?" is beyond me!
