After a short break due to members travelling, Sunday madness resumes, old and new faces ready for battle in ridiculous midday heat, We have Australia, Great Britain, Malaysia, Pakistan, USA, Iraq, all represented.
Set up is a Tabata style circuit consisting of 3 rounds at each of the 7 station's 2 complete circuits 20/20 20/15
- Bench vault
- KB swing
- Med ball pushup
- heavy rope drills
- Power wheel rollouts
- Agility ladder drills
- Med ball slams
Followed by some sparring weighted carries and some heavy rope and KB pulls, IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK!
If your gonna train in Malaysia you
